Lance Guma speaks to political commentator Innocent Chofamba Sithole about suggestions by the Institute for Global Dialogue that South African mediators should press for the de-militarization of state institutions in Zimbabwe, before the next elections. The programme also looks at the other suggestion that only an offer of immunity from prosecution for human rights abuses committed by senior army generals, will allow a smooth transition of power from Mugabe.
