This week on Rules for our Rulers Lance Guma speaks to the Director of the Crisis in Zimbabwe Coalition McDonald Lewanika. The coalition put out a statement last week in which they made a number of recommendations for the constitution making process. Lewanika says all bases and militia groups deployed in the countryside to influence people should be disbanded, civil society should be allowed a greater role and that there should be no secrecy surrounding the constitution making process.
